Withdrawal Form

For the return of the products the shipping costs are applied – even those incurred by the seller for free shipping under 5 kg – as defined in the table on the Shipping page to the amount of which must be added € 1.00.
Taking advantage of the return through the GLS service, the cost will be deducted from the repayable amount.
In case you prefer to use a different shipping system you will be refunded the entire amount previously spent but the shipping cost will be borne by the customer as per the Terms and conditions signed at the time of purchase.
